Florida School for Dance Education will be transformed into a Kingdom of the Sweets in support of their school’s pre-professional non-profit company, Dance Theater of Florida. On Saturday, December 2nd (at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) Dance Theater of Florida will present scenes from The Nutcracker, while audiences enjoy an enchanting display of sweet treats, depicted from the classic story. Each display will represent a theme from The Nutcracker including Arabian, Chinese, Russian, and the Sugar Plum Fairy.
There will be interactive activities for children, including a photo opportunity with Dance Theater of Florida’s dancers, and a basket raffle featuring exciting items for children. It will be an elegant afternoon of performance and sweet indulgence, all to benefit Dance Theater of Florida.
